Bombay

  • 2 parts brandy
  • 1 part sweet vermouth
  • 1 part dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes curaçao
  • 1 dash Pernod

Put ice into mixing glass, pour in the necessary ingredients, stir until cold, then strain into a suitable glass.

Brain Duster

  • 4 parts brandy
  • 3 parts Pernod
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Pour into glass and enjoy.

Brandy 1:

  • 3 parts brandy
  • 1 part sweet vermouth
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Pour into glass and enjoy.

Brandy Punch

  • 1/2 bottle of brandy
  • 1/2 bottle dry sherry
  • 1/2 litre orange juice
  • 1/2 litre of soda water
  • Pineapple and orange slices
  • Ice cubes

Put ice into a glass pitcher, add the fruit slices and pour the brandy, sherry and orange juice over.
Add the soda when your guests arrive.
Serve this refreshing drink in tall medium-sized glasses
