Strawberry Tart.

1 can of Strawberries.
2 packets of strawberry jelly
1 tin condensed milk
1 packet marie or tennis biscuits.


Method.
Mix the jelly with 400 mls of boiling water. Add the strawberry juice. In the mean time put the biscuits in a tart dish. I sometimes pour a little bit of port or sherry over the biscuits. This is opitional. Add the strawberries and condensed milk to the jelly. Pour over the biscuits. And refrigerate You can serve it with cream, custard or ice cream or on its own. This tart takes about 5 minutes to make.
You can use any other tinned fruit. Just use the same type of jelly. I love making it with a tin of crushed pineapples and pineapple jelly.
